UAE, Montenegro agree to open air

UAE airlines will be increasing their presence in Europe, following the signing of an open air service Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and an Air Services Agreement (ASA) with the Government of Montenegro.

The agreement was signed earlier this month and allows nominated airlines to operate unscheduled and unrestricted flight between the UAE and the South European country, Emirates New Agency reported.

Etihad, Emirates, Air Arabia, RAK Airways, FlyDubai and Montenegro Airlines were designed under the agreement to fly between the countries at an unrestricted capacity, frequency and aircraft type.
The agreement was signed by UAE General Civil Aviation Authority director general Saif Al Suwaidi and Deputy Minister for Air and Road Transport of Montenegro Mirel Radic Ljubisavljevic.
